The view from the balcony to the hill was really nice. daily room service kept everything super clean. breakfast had a decent selection. It was a great start to each day. the location was peaceful since it was set back from the main street.

i noticed a slight outdated feel to the room decor. it wasn't a huge issue, but a small update would really enhance the overall experience.

The location is convenient. It is close to many restaurants and shops. The hotel food is halaal and a bonus. The hotel booked the tours, great. They sent someone to your room to make sure you didn't forget anything.

The room felt outdated. There were a few flies inside. The duvet seemed small. Our feet stuck out and it wasn't very comfortable.

I found the staff quite helpful in arranging transportation. The mountain view from my room was amazing each morning. The hotel pool was a great feature, very clean and well maintained.

I loved the location. It was a calm street with a good mountain view! the pool area was great. the staff helped arrange transportation to my next destination. everything was well organized!

The hotel could improve the wireless internet connection. I had to log in every time. devices kept disconnecting, and the connection was often slow, frustrating.

the pool was acceptable and had enough beds . it met my needs for a quick swim.

The air conditioning was far too noisy. I could not adjust it. the smell from the a/c unit was also unpleasant. this made it hard to sleep during the night and i felt quite exhausted. other guests were also very loud at all hours.
